Instead of copying, faxing, collating, posting, scanning or emailing many sets of documents to all of your supply chain, simply post your tender documents to iPost™. Within 24 hours your tender documents will be uploaded into your project folder. Imagine the time you save not sorting information before sending.

To get supply chain companies working on your tender simply click and add them. If you need a quote from an unregistered Company simply direct them to the site, as soon as they have registered you can allocate them to your project, giving them access to all tender documents. With iPost™’s powerful search engine, you can search supply chain categories.

You can add up to 10 members from your company saving you emailing large documents around your organisations, ideal for companies with several branches or site established engineering teams that need to be in touch with the tender progress.

The whole tendering process can be shortened and made much more efficient.

Registration is entirely free to supply chain.

You can select appropriate categories of service or product when registering and you can edit categories as you services evolve. Remember Contractors may be looking for a product or service you offer so make sure its upto date. If your category isn’t there simply submit a request for it to be added.

Once registered you maybe invited to tender for jobs by contractors, by email alert. The alert will detail the Contractors name, tel and email along with project title and return date. You can click “decline” if you don’t wish to tender. The contractor will see a decline flag in the project folder.

All tender documents can be viewed as required from the contractors project folder from the iPost™ website. You can even save the PDF documents that are relevant to you. You only need broadband internet access and PDF viewer, no special software is required and you don’t need to download any application software.

Quotations can be uploaded back to the iPost™ website ready for your customer to view, saving you postage and printing costs, or you can fax or post them in the normal way to the contractor who’s invited you.
