iPost™ is a website that brings contractors and the supply chain together offering considerable benefits to both by converting all tender documents to PDF and then uploading them for access by the supply chain, allocated by the contractor to each project requiring a quote.

Contractors pay to register each project with iPost™. Their supply chain companies are then invited to visit the iPost™ website to download all of the relevant tender documents that they need to enable them to prepare their quote. Once they have finalised their quotation document, the supply chain company can then upload it back to the iPost™ webiste for the contractor to see. Access is under the contractors control.

Supply chain Companies only have to register once to be available for allocation to any customers project folder, and because its free there no reason not to.

All of this is done in a very secure, password protected environment.
